As an experienced marketing coordinator and design professional, she optimizes our clients’ brands during the competitive procurement processes. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and innovation, Makala leads our team with grace and integrity.

Licensed Realtor ® 

Nyakeh James Minah is co-founder and lead designer of ReGEN Consulting Group. James is a self-motivated, energetic and organized leader who performs well in studio settings.  He is the lead creative on our design team. During client presentations, he effectively conveys the story of the design while listening for the client’s needs and wants.  He is a responsible designer with an ability to visually articulate conceptual ideas through 3D modeling and architectural visualization.

Delante Desouza is co-founder and thought partner to ReGEN Consulting Group. His experience in the building and construction industry is largely characterized by his work as a real estate investor coach.
